Hairs are looking beautiful too.. Do you make the hair every time from scratch? If that so, you should create a brush and load it in photoshop, it may save your time..
Well I think 15 minz is quite reasonable for these high quality hairs. But you still should learn how to make a brush because it simplify things sometimes..its very easy.. 1. create the shape that you want as brush in grayscale 2. Go to edit > define brush preset 3. Done It will automatically come in your brushes palette.
