How was my MorninG..!!!!!
[24 June,2011 - 9.20a.m]
Hello friends..
Very GooD morninG...to all..
Today.....KooL wind was blowing.....I was sleeping on roof on CoT....
and
Then...suddenly..my eyes opened.....itself..(like I was just thinking something whole night while sleeping..)
I looked up the sky.....
On my right side ..
It was like a flock of small small clouds...were enjoying ...making the wind kooL thus making it blowing KooL
and
On my left side..
There was a real big cloud heading towards me like a ocean tide...
.
I moved to pick my phone to check time...It was 5.00 a.m.
..I said in mind.."KooL SkanD"
I sat..and sippped water a little.
then I took the OS(operating sytem) book (book by Galvin.)
I studied ...Virtual Memory..(just revising..)
..while I studied till... 6.00 a.m without any pause...so feelin nice...as kooL wind was blowing..
then I heard something...."It was the sound of water falling from the WateR-TanK as it got full."
Firstly I ignored it...But at instant I ignored it....
something knocked my mind..."It was my mother who daily used to ask me to water the plants.."
so i stood up and checked out the water...It was clean...mean waterable for plants..
so I went downstairs....and brought up a ' BuckeT & MuG'..and
then
set the bucket insuch a way that water was straightly falling into the bucket..
and till it got filled...I set to study...again and when it got filled ..i stood and watered the plants..
did it 3 times as the plants are many and bucket was considerably small..
so after watering I sat to study again...and
studied..till sun arose...infact studied till its rays reached me..
.
so as its obviuos I packed up bed...and went downstairs...for bathing n all...
but before bathing....I studied newspaper after a long time...u can say(after 1or 2 years)
..well Padhte padhte AAath baj gaye...
.
then I bathed...and sat on PC..
firstly checked my mail....and...watched few music vdeos specially (WhO run The Worlds by Beyonce)
and I am updating my BloG....
njoy d day...:-)
and now here I 'm

Interview DaY part 3
Hello guys I'm Back
Well.... I was at the door for interview with CEO
so well....
wat
I simply entered the room
well...there were two old man sittin...and were lookin very calm and relaxed..
seeing them relaxed..i got relaxed too.....and then softly said "GooD Afternoon sir"(normal tone) to one "GooD Afternoon sir"(low tone) to other..so the other old man replied just a bit louder as I was low towards him.
they offered me seat....I said "Thank YoU sir and sat."
then other old man asked me...as "So Mr.Skand (smilingly) ..Tell us about yourself..."
So i satrted normally...with my intro..
as
Sir My name is skand gupt....I live in shahdara ,delhi,....my family......my skills...talked about my projects...started with latest one(Microcontrolled H2 generator)..then moved to first one...
then they asked me "Skand,have you visited our company website.??"
I said "Yes Sir....I have gone through your website."....I added..."Sir..this company stated in 2010 nd..presently workin on XYZZZ project......then i talked about project...as "sir this project is based on XYZ...and key skills required to handle this are xyz and xyz" thats it..."
Then the one (who was sitting beside me)...asked me "So ..you have studied ES(embedded system)..!!"
Isaid "Yes sir...I have studied it in my Last semester...:-)"
He asked "Actually how many subjects have you studied skand ??"
I said "Sir there were three subject ..I have studied in my last semester(8th sem)
1.ES(Embedded sysytem)
2.AI(Artificial Intelligence)
3.ye toh yad hi ni aaaya..(so mene MC(mobile computing bol diya...heheehe with confidence)) :-)"
Then he (Old man) asked..."So skand ,total how many subjects have you studied..in you B.Tech ??"
I replied "Sorry...Exactly....It is very hard to tell it with accurately...!!!."
He said "Okii no problem....Approximately how many...you ahve studied..??"
I said .."Sirrr...approximately.....I think ...40 subjects I have studied in my B.tech :-)"
Then he asked..."Okii skand....what is ES??"
I answered "Sir....It is just like a normal computer only difference is it performs only specified task bound to it.."
Then he asked me "Any example..???"
I said "Sir, ROUTER...."
He said "Okiii"
He asked "Is mobile an Embedded System ??"
I said.."Yes sir it is ES.."
Then He asked me..to brief about an ES working..??
I explained it in brief...
sir....I/P goes into ES ..then passed to processor...which processes it as per scheduling(i.e. takes into account priorities and all)...and it also manages to provide services to different-2 Interrupts...encountered time to time...through ISR(Interrupt Service Routines) ..
It uses primary memory..for this like ROM(onchip....or external one)
He ...asked me "Skand what is RAM and ROM..??"
I said.."Sir..ROM is a read only memory..in which once data is wriiten
it becomes permanent...(i.e non volatile)...as data is not lost even after power off.."
while
sir..RAM is nonvolatile in nature...
and It is used as primary memory.....by CPU..for processing n all...
.few more things n i ended the slil session..
Then he asked....."Skand, what tool or toolkit is present in RAM..???"
I did not understand it ...so I said.."Sorry sir...I am not getting...it."
he said.."Skand....do you use...laptops..desktops n all..???"
I said "Yes sir I use...."
He said "In desktop ...number of components are present..right..."
I said "Yes"
Then he said..."okiii tell me what addres is stored there in RAM..??
just at the moment he mentioned 'address'
I said.."Sir...actually in RAM the address storind is booting addres , it is address from where sytem loads the booting address information..at the time of start up..."
He said "It is actaully BIOS..:-)"
then...other old man(sitting opposite to me..)
asked "Tell us about ur strengths ??"
I said "Sir my strength is I'm dependable.... m innovative...m creative .....("m always ready to step into new shoes...I didn't speak this line actually hehehe)."...
then other old man asked "And what about your weaknesses..??"
I said "There are not too many weaknesses...i just have one...that is I m bit lazy at times...."
He said "Ohh..:-)) thats not a prob...."
then he said...
well thank you..SkanD.....
Now we'll call you for second round...after short listing....
just right the moment I heard this..
I was shocked....as i was expectng the result immediately after the interview...
.But what could be done...What they have sad ws to happen...
so I came out little depresssed....with only one thing in my eyes...."where is Mr.XYZ"
just as I looked ahead...It was Mr.XYZ standing...
I told..him ."These old man asked me to wait till another second round....I added..."Whats this second round now,,,???" "
He said "let me talk to them...and asked me to wait out.." and he entered the room and so moved out..to the Hall..
Then after 10or 12 min.
He came and said....".SkanD I'll give u a call...accordingly.....Now you can go home..."
so this was the end...
but before leaving....I introduced myself to evreyone(3 people) and so they do yourself to me..
and then at last I bid them bye..and finallly..left for home.....
so guys this was ....all about.....the Interview I had.....

My interview day ..continued (Part 2)
well i had the dinner....
It was full of morning stuff which was made for me ..but i cudn't eat bcz i was out for an interview.
so I finished the HR interview round..but the moment i was abt to leave the room...they said skand now
Go and GIve technical interview....
FIRSTLY WITHOUT SAYIN ANYTHIN ..I WENT OUT..
there I was asked by XYZ guy to wait...
outside(near the hall)..
I went and sat there...only an old man was sitting there...and a guy was also sitting there...
well i was quiet and was surprised that now i have technical interview as interviewer has said...
i wasn't scared but i was thinking wat they goona ask in technical round...
10 minutes passed and i was still waiting .....meanwhile...
I peed......i drank 3 glasses of water....I went to washroom......and saw my face in mirror...though i was happy and quite relaxed .....my face was all RED just like a TOMATO.....man..don knw turned me so RED..
But I was so damn RED...
nyway....after 5 came out of washroom...
and Mr.XYZ was looking for me...
I said...hey hi...
So wats d next move....I actually confirmed....by asking as.."Do I hav to give technical interview now.."
Mr.XYZ: No...dear....you hav to give technical written test i said okiiiii.....(i was bit relaxed internally)
THen Mr.XYZ went and asked to have lunch meanwhile...
I said ab toh sab full n final karke hi khayenge...
but cudn't help it bcz it was thier lunch time...so I hv to wait either way...
welll...meanwhile...few students(who were giving exam when i arrived here) came back ..
I asked them as"hey guys from where are u coming from.."
then...ne of them said....are it was our technical test..."
I said ohhhhh.....so wat was it about....???
they said..."are nothing special...it was just about OS(i was happy hearing abt OS),Data Structure(got happy again),C(was again happy) and at last he mentioned JAVA(i got tensed....and said..."damn i m not good in java" )"..well i was happy bcz if i see overall i thoght i would be able to attempt more than 70% part...
so again got relaxed...
and so set to wait again...but in meanwhile one student who went wid me...Asked them"Hey what were the questions....???"
then those told him...
1.complexity based....(as i heard ..i got happy i knew the comlexity..but a guy sitting beside me
confused me..so to remove confusion...i asked the complexity of all sorting algos
from PK(my friend) he mesaged me and guess what I was rite...so I got
chilled again)..
2.code was given and output we have to determine..
3.Paging based questions were there....(I was happy as I hav good command over OS)
well then after 10 or 15 minutes....
Mr.xyz came and made us enter the hall...and gave us question paper ..
then we did it it was just like the guy told us...
well it went smooth....
then we were happy and waiting for the result..as actually everythig was done....so we were all relaxed...
.....there were actually..3 boys including me and 1 girl(Neha,quite intellligent girl,she love coding more than anything..and she chooses her path acco. to her interest...where ever she applies she firstly checks whether the project company is working on is an interesting one or not ..
if it is then she applies
otherwise i think ,she doesn't apply )..well in such short time...came to knw few things abt her..just bzc she seemed to me a nice person thats it...
]
anyway coming to the main part...
we were sitting in xam hall.....then after 30 or 35 minutes Mr.XYZ came...
informed us that now we have give.....Technical interview.....
we were shocked....
that how many interview..they gonna tkae..
so we asked "Is this the final one.."
he said."Yes it is final..."
then we asked who will take it??
he said "Company CEO will take Interview.."
Bhai Apni to fat gayi.....Ki caompany ka CEO hai...
So pata ni kya poochega...
then it was like..
Peace in the hall was broken....everonr was surprised..and nervous....
Then we asked Mr.XYZ.....
wat Kind of interview...it would be...:???
he siad don worry......Doodh ka Doodh.....paani ka paaani ho jayega abhi....
welll.....lo beta ye sun ke to bas maza hi aa gaya.......
aage kya hua baunga....
waise we were still waitnig waitin......for our call one girl(She had experience..so called first) was already giving the interview.....
welll she came back from interview....
then we asked her.."So how was the interview..???"
she said "It was good ..I got selected....we conratulated her.."
and thought so today everything will be finalised.....
she said they were just askin normal stuff...
well i was like ...relived heaing these words....
well now ...everyone in hall was waiting for thier turn...
then after 10 min. Mr XYZ came...and called the Boy who went with me(Mr. V)
then we aited again..
hthen after 15 min ha came back..
I asked him "So how was the inerview...???"
he said " yaar everything went smooth until they asked me abt the the company...(.actually they whether Mr.V has visited thier website or not...) "
hearing this I got tensed...bcz i also havn't visited the company website.....
so asked the girl(Neha) as she was talking abt the company project earlier..."hey tell me abt the company..she told few things ...I got relieved againg...thinkin i hav prepared for worst now...so nothin to fear.......(all this was goin on internally)"...
welll then after 5 or 6 min. Mr.XYZ appeared and called my name...
so thus this time it was my time...to give the interview..
I was nervous....and was following Mr.XYZ...

My Interview day part 1
Hello..guys
Today (i.e.20 june,2011) i went for job (off campus)
I was informed that hiring procedure would be as:
1. Appti. test then
2.Technical test and
3.F2F(face to face interview)
so I prepared accordingly and reached the venue half hour early.
then I simply enterd the company and started to look for the person i was supposed to meet.
so looked around and what i found was 7 or 8 students were sitting in a hall and were giiving some sort of exam.
and as i went further inside the company...there was people sitting on pc were busy doing there work.
so i was bit confused whom to ask ...where to go..
i roaned around for 1 or 2 minutes..
then suddenly a boy came out..he asked me "yes"
I said "I 'm looking for XYZ"
he said "ohh that's me."
then i said "kool"
then I asked "so now what should I do"
The guy asked me to wait outside the hall where few students were giving the exam.
so I went and waited there..
After 8 or 10 min ..XYZ guy came..and took us into hall..and offerd me a seat and gave me a form to fill
(It was just abt my details n all so i filled it...)
but there was acolumn as "OCCUPATION" firstly i thought they want to know my occupation as the form was abt me...but i had doubt as it was written next to my FATHER NAME column...
so i thought it wud be bettter to ask why shoud i take risk
so I asked him..and he said "Here you have to fill your father's occupation"
so thus i filled the form
and
the moment i submiited the form..
I was given a question paper to solve
paper include 2 section:
1. Apptitude section(was lil tough)
2. English section(it was just normal)
so i did it..with no prob...
then i was asked to for the next intruction
so i waited
then after half hour i was called for the HR interview
I was kool nd chill nd relaxed tooo.....just a lil curious...
well i was going.....going
I was at the door..
As I opened the door...and found one smiling beautiful face of a lady...who was companied by a decent man..

then both started smiling

then the man decided to initiate ...he was holdin my CV ..
and asked me to descibe my profile
I said:
My name is skand gupt
I live in xyz.
(Family intro)
then technical skills
I said ..
sir Languages I know are -C,C++,java,C#
I told them about the techologies i have worked in are...ASP.net,HTML,CSS,MY SQL SERVER 200
I have used few Operating systems for long whiich are LINUX(sir we studied LINUX in our 3rd year and since then I started using it...),Windows XP and presently I 'm using WINDOW 7
then I told them that sir..
Apart from studies ...
In my freee time...
I do painting...sketches...iluustration.logo designing...that is graphical work..and as a result of which i posses quite good skills in Adobe photoshop,Illustartor,Flash ,Corel draw,MAya,
then he said ...see Mr. skand our company completely a core company based on codin and all
then I said sir I know this
but Y i'm telling this stuff is jst to show that i never misses a chance to learn new things and sir this is just a utilisation a my free time...
THen the lady asked
so skand wat r your strength..
I said ...
Maam I'm INNOVATIVE...I'm .DEPENDALE while working in ateam...and..CREATIVE.....
and I luv to implement my Ideas in real life...
THen she said okiii guud..
and asked...so skand have u worked on any project..
I said yes maam..I hv worked in few projects like
1.Java based Mp3 player...
It was an audio player...which only plays '.mp3' file..
[(In this to develop graphical interface I hav used SWINGS
and maam it was an application not an applet...so that it can be further extended)
I din't spoke this Bracket stuff...just wrote it for future reference..hehehehe
then i told them about my next project
Sir i made a web portal for WIPRO...sir actually I made it for for one of Wipro's client which isknown as "NHAI"..
actually sir project was "Online Highway Problem Management"
here I have created a web interface where lower units enter thier poblems...
and higher units like RO and HO tries to provide them solutions as early as possible...
It was made safe and secure and well authorised one...
and proper report was mintained there like when the problem was entered and when did it get solved..
so this all abt the project where i had the industrial experience for the first time...
It was really a nice experince....
after this i told them abt my most recent project
as :
sir last project I worked in was Micro controller based hydrogen fuel cell
sir actually it was a hydrogen genetrator in which we (as i worked in grp of 4 students)controlled the rate of generation of output i.e hydrogen gas generation
we controlled using assembly language......as it was based on 8051 microcontroller..
sir I worked in this project bcz i always wanted to make hardware realted project...
well....
this was abt y project..
and
atlast I also said....
that I have made an Linux OS...from the scratch....actually sir as it is based on an open source technology.
so evrything i got freely available over internet...
so we doenloade packages ....kernel...
then
we configured them assembeld them complied them..
and
we also made few commands by ourselves..like'ls' 'cp' 'mv' nd few more
sir this was all abt my project nd experience...
then lady asked about my weakenss...
I said smilingly..."Maam i'm bit lazy..."
she said smilingly.."Well we'll make u active don worry"
then they said ...
thank you ..skand....
and
I left the room
welll wat happened next....

i'm goin to have dinner.....as i haven't eaten anything since morning...

Today (i.e.20 june,2011) i went for job (off campus)
I was informed that hiring procedure would be as:
1. Appti. test then
2.Technical test and
3.F2F(face to face interview)
so I prepared accordingly and reached the venue half hour early.
then I simply enterd the company and started to look for the person i was supposed to meet.
so looked around and what i found was 7 or 8 students were sitting in a hall and were giiving some sort of exam.
and as i went further inside the company...there was people sitting on pc were busy doing there work.
so i was bit confused whom to ask ...where to go..
i roaned around for 1 or 2 minutes..
then suddenly a boy came out..he asked me "yes"
I said "I 'm looking for XYZ"
he said "ohh that's me."
then i said "kool"
then I asked "so now what should I do"
The guy asked me to wait outside the hall where few students were giving the exam.
so I went and waited there..
After 8 or 10 min ..XYZ guy came..and took us into hall..and offerd me a seat and gave me a form to fill
(It was just abt my details n all so i filled it...)
but there was acolumn as "OCCUPATION" firstly i thought they want to know my occupation as the form was abt me...but i had doubt as it was written next to my FATHER NAME column...
so i thought it wud be bettter to ask why shoud i take risk
so I asked him..and he said "Here you have to fill your father's occupation"
so thus i filled the form
and
the moment i submiited the form..
I was given a question paper to solve
paper include 2 section:
1. Apptitude section(was lil tough)
2. English section(it was just normal)
so i did it..with no prob...
then i was asked to for the next intruction
so i waited
then after half hour i was called for the HR interview
I was kool nd chill nd relaxed tooo.....just a lil curious...
well i was going.....going
I was at the door..
As I opened the door...and found one smiling beautiful face of a lady...who was companied by a decent man..

How did I celebrate my B'day??
My B'day comes on 24th december .
This time was the first time when celebration of my b'day started exactly at 12 a.m. 24th december
It started with the rain of B'day messages from all my friends,people i Know and everyone else.
so was quite happy but got tired as i used to sleep by 12a.m
well B'days are exception
alrite even with messages i recieved calls from friends..
It was like no one wants me to sleep as they were too happy for me so wanted me to njoy with them
But i couldn't
So I just rquested my friends that dear rite now i need to sleep or else i would wake up late in morning
which i never wanted to do specially on my..B'day
thus I went to sleep
And In morning
when I woke up..
it was my mummaaa...saying"AAj to ladke ka B'day hai"
then my bro came and said "Happy B'day Bhaiyaa"
after him my sister came and wished me same
I saw my father going for bath
I said 'Good Morning' to my father
he replied "Good morning....uth gaya tuu"
I said 'yes'
(but dady din't wished me B'day).
okiiii I knew he had already done..or he always does as my daddy's blessings are always with me..so i was happy
and the same happiness i can see in my father's eyes too.
well afterwards i got freshen up(had bath n breakfast as usual)
well then i recieved a call at around 9 or 10 a.m
from my friends confirming that where should we had to meet to celebrate my b'day
then i told them the location
and we all met there
Out there they celebrated my b'day as
to be contd..

Cricket Fans problems....
Even today...
People are dependent on TV to wactch cricket....
So..Suffer many problems...
and
Some suffer really strange...one..
Like :-
A boy, RAVS..very busy person I know..
is a great cricket fan...
never misses any matches..when gets the chance.
so set for today's match ..
now see what GOD has done...
God send his lovely cutie pet named as " Rat " by humans...
and
this Lovely,Cutie so called "Rat" cut his TV wire...
and
Thus made a Boom ...Baam...Boom..
...
So
What God can do. is very hard for us,Human to find...???
